I chose to research Illegal Immigration. I chose this because Illegal Immigration is a big problem in this country and it would be good to learn more about it.
I can't decide on whether or not to chose one of the two topics I want research. I ma either going to research the later/earlier school starting times, or one of the ones you talked about in class.

I chose to write about the death sentence for my research paper. I chose this topic, because I think it’s an important issue in our country. I also believe it will be interesting to see the controversy surrounding the death sentence and why some people oppose it while others believe it is a good thing. Personally I believe in the death sentence for reasons I’ll explain in my paper, but as I research this topic more I feel like I might change my mind.
The topic I chose for my research paper was gay rights. I chose gay rights because I think it is a very big issue today in the world and is being addressed unfairly and sort of pushed to the side. Divorce, drugs, adultery, crimes and many other things seem to be socially accepted but when it comes to gay rights, many people have something negative to say. This issue needs to be fixed!
The topic I chose for my research paper was that tobacco companies should not be held accountable for tobacco related health issues and death. I chose this because they make it perfectly clear that it is not healthy for you. Tobacco related health issues and death are all self inflicted.

I chose this topic because baseball has been under alot of scrutiny lately. It has a system that is seen as inferior and cheap towards the rest of the sports associations. If baseball can grow like the other sports have under the salary cap it wont only leave is predictability in high roller clubs (Yankees) and shameful clubs who lose 11-0 to the phillies (mets) it will also advance as a world wide sport to appeal to all people and all fans on an equal playing field. the fan base will grow rather than thee pockets of the strong teams and it wont only benefit the players and clubs but the game itself and the people who support it as it becomes the greater sport in america again.
